Procedure:
- Dissolve Part A by adding each item in water until homogenous.
- Mix Part B, then add it to Part A while stirring.
- Add Part C in sequence into Part A/B while stirring.
- Finally, mix Part D, then add it to Part A/B/C and mix well.
