PROCEDURE:

  1. Mix Phase A ingredients until homogeneous.
  2. Add Rheocare® TTA.
  3. Mix Phase C ingredients in separate vessel until homogeneous and add to main vessel.
  4. Add NaOH(20%) and adjust to pH 6.0-6.5.
  5. Add ingredients in Phase E one by one until homogeneous.
