This oil-in-water sunscreen lotion provides high UV protection. The combination of SolaStay® S1, Polycrylene® and HallBrite® BHB ensures reliable photostability for Avobenzone. In vitro testing suggests SPF ~76, PFA (PPD) ~23 performance with critical wavelength = 377 nm. In vivo testing in a US laboratory (5 subjects) yielded static SPF 85, with 80-minute water resistant SPF 80.

3 To a secondary vessel add phase C, start mixing and add phase D. Heat to 70 – 75°C and then add phase E with mixing.

Add phase   F before combination and mix until uniform.
4 When both phases are homogeneous and at their designated temperatures, add phase CDEF to phase AB.
