Ultra Dry Antiperspirant Deodorant Stick
Formula Number: JZ2-96
This stick formulation makes use of ultrafine antiperspirant active in conjunction with a carrier system of very light, dry emollients and incorporates specialty stearyl alcohol and hydrogenated castor oil as structuring agents. Talc and corn starch are added to improve the feel of the product during and after application.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
1 | To the main vessel add phase A, start mixing and heat to 75°C. |
2 | Add phase B items in order to phase A and when uniform adds phase C. |
3 | Slowly add phase D to phase ABC, mixing to achieve an even dispersion and then start cooling. |
4 | When a batch is at 50°C add phase E items in the order, mix well, and then add phase F. |
5 | Stop mixing when the batch is uniform and at 40°C and then fill the product into the packaging. |
