PROCEDURE:

  1. Disperse Carbopol Ultrez 20 into the water and mix well
  2. Adjust pH value with NaOH to weak acidic
  3. Add Part B to Part A, and mix until uniform, avoid the formation of air bubbles
  4. Add Part C into Part A/B in sequence, and mix well with each addition
  5. Use anchor propeller blade, Part D was added to Part A/B/C with low stirring
