Description:
This mask formulation is highly spreadable, non-sticky and provides a smooth, velvety after-feel. It may be used in two ways: applied as a thin overnight treatment mask or as a thick layer mask left on the skin for around 10 minutes to soften and refresh. It contains Mackaderm® LIA, a silky emollient with very good spreadability. The viscosity is achieved by Jaguar HP 120 COS COS while Rheozan® SH provides the soft, velvety after-feel.

Procedure:

Step 1
Disperse Rheozan SH with Glycerin. When fully wet,
add deionized water and mix until homogenous then
add Jaguar HP 120 COS. Add a small amount of citric acid
to speed up the hydration. Transparent gel will be
formed.
Step 2
Add the ingredients in Phase B and Phase C

Adjust the pH with NaOH to pH 5-
