Procedure:

  1. Mix the ingredients of phase (A) and homogenize for 30 minutes.
  2. Disperse phase (B) into phase (A) under stirring and homogenize it for 15 min. with medium stirring.
  3. Pre-mix phase (C) and add into (A+B) phase while stirring.
  4. Heat the phase (A+B+C) until 75ºC – 80ºC.
  5. In an auxiliary Becker add phase (D) and heat to 75°C – 80°C.
  6. Add phase (D) into the phase (A+B+C) while stirring.
  7. Start to cool down under medium stirring. Add phases (E, F and G) below 35°C.
  8. Check the pH and if necessary, adjust to 5.0-5.5.
