Procedure

1.Heat phase A and B
to 75-80 °C separately;
2.Add phase B to phase A under stirring
 
3.Add phase C to phase A
+B under stirring, then homogenise at 55°C using Ultra-
Turrax
 
4.Then cool down and add ingredients of phase D at T
<40°C one by one under stirring;
5.Adjust pH with phase E to 3.3 – 3.5.
